Ingredients
- Potatoes,boiled and peeled - 4 nos
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Bread slices - 4 slices
- Cornflour - 4 tbsps
- Coriander leaves finely chopped - 2 tbsps
- Channa masala powder - 2 tbsps
- Salt - to taste
- Aamchoor powder - 1 tsp
- Oil -for deep frying
Steps
- Boil and peel the potatoes and mash well.
- Mix ginger garlic paste,chopped coriander leaves, channa masala powder, aam choor powder, required salt,and corn four.
- Soak the bread slices in water for 2-3 minutes,squeeze the water well and add it to the mashed potato mixture.
- Mix well to form a dough.
- Shape into medium sized lollipops from the dough and fry till golden.
- Allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
- Insert lollipop sticks or snack pickers into each lollipop.
- Potato lollipops are ready to serve.
